Returns, Refunds and Replacement Policy
All merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will NOT be accepted for return or replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos or further information to assist with the claim.
Restocking Fee:
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.
